What is your refund and/or return policy?
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we are unable to accept returns. Product quality is independently assessed via 3rd party laboratory testing to ensure quality, and all purchases made via this website are done with the implied consent that you acknowledge and accept the empirical testing provided on each product page. In the event of dissatisfaction or quality concern, please consult with us via email so that we can try to assist.
Where do you ship?
Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. We ship all orders domestically via USPS to ensure safe delivery, free from customs headaches and in discrete packaging.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship same business day with standard delivery ETAs being 1-2 business days. Please understand that these are the averages, but in some circumstances delivery may take longer if there is a courier delay or you live in a remote/rural community.
Is Tracking Provided?
Tracking is available for all orders so that you can follow the progress of your order before delivery, please check your spam folder if you do not receive tracking within 1 business day of order confirmation.
Is Bacteriostatic Water Required?
Yes, all HGH and peptides ship in lyophilized form and must be reconstituted with Pfizer Bacteriostatic Water prior to use. Bacteriostatic Water is sold separately. Please do not attempt to reconstitute our products with "underground" or off-brand bacteriostatic water.
How can I know your product is “legit?”
All Peptide products sold on metabodypeptides.com are lab tested by Janoshik to ensure maximum quality. With the exception of pharmaceutical Bacteriostatic Water, produced by Hospira, if a product is not tested, we will not sell it. All products are paired with reports from Janoshik that you can personally view.
