When new materials arrive, they are immediately placed into quarantine in a clearly designated area separate from approved inventory. Materials in this section are only handled by trained personnel responsible for collecting samples for testing. These materials cannot be used in production or distributed to clients until all required testing and documentation have been successfully completed.

Because shipments may include multiple containers of the same product, samples are collected from each individual container to ensure full quality compliance. These samples are combined into a composite blend and submitted to an independent third-party laboratory (Janoshik) for detailed analysis.

Every sample undergoes a series of evaluations. Testing requirements vary depending on the product’s chemical makeup and characteristics. Each product includes a specification sheet outlining the analyses performed and the minimum standards it must meet.
